INGREDIENTS

Seeds from one pumpkin, cleaned and dried

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp brown sugar

½ tsp ground ginger

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp melted butter

Prepare this recipe using our If You Care Parchment Baking Paper.

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a small bowl, mix together ground cinnamon, brown sugar, ground ginger and nutmeg. Place pumpkin seeds in a medium bowl and drizzle melted butter, stirring to coat. Then sprinkle on spice mixture and stir until seeds are completely covered.

3. Place seeds on a baking sheet lined with If You Care Parchment Paper in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
