Roasted Acorn Squash

INGREDIENTS

1 acorn squash thinly sliced

3 tbsp Columela Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp honey

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Coarse sea salt and pepper to taste

Prepare this recipe using our If You Care Parchment Baking Paper.

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with If You Care Parchment Paper, then lay out the slices of squash on top, making sure they do not overlap.

3. Drizzle with the olive oil, then honey, then red pepper flakes and finish with salt and pepper.

4. Place in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes or until crisped on each side. Remove and serve immediately.

Tip: For extra crisp squash, we like to flip our slices half way through baking!
