1. Place the sliced ginger and sprigs of rosemary in an If You Care Tall Tea Filter and tie the end with If You Care Twine to seal the ingredients.
2. Make an infused simple syrup by combining the sugar with 1 cup cold water in a small saucepan and adding the Tea Filter. Heat on low for 10 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Meanwhile, in a large pitcher, mix together the lemon juice, lime juice and 6 cups of water. Once the simple syrup has cooled, add to the pitcher and stir until completely combined.
4. Serve in a glass or jar with ice and garnish with an optional sprig of rosemary.
