Makes 1 sandwich
1. Slice the baguette so that there is an opening, but the halves are still connected. Spread the butter on one side of the inside of the baguette and the mustard on the other side.
2. Place two of the slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the baguette, then layer with the roasted pork, ham, half the sliced cornichons and top with the remaining slices of cheese and garnish with the other half of the cornichons on top.
3. Close sandwich and grill on a cast iron pan on high heat until bread is toasted and the cheese has melted. Alternatively, you can place the sandwich under the broiler.
4. Wrap in If You Care Waxed Paper or place in a Sub/Mini Baguette Sandwich Bag for a perfect to-go lunch!
