Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine baking mix, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, then set aside.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the sugar, butter, coconut oil and peanut butter, then add eggs and vanilla.
Gradually add the baking mixture and alternate with the milk. Beat until smooth.
Add batter to a cupcake pan lined with If You Care Non Stick Baking Cups and bake for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the icing. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in a small bowl and set aside. Cream together butter, peanut butter and vanilla in another bowl with an electric mixer.
Alternate adding milk and powdered sugar mixture until smooth.
Allow cupcakes to cool before icing, then start decorating!
