1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Meanwhile, stretch out pizza dough into a square shape on a baking sheet lined with If You Care Parchment Paper.
2. Place baking sheet in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, just before the dough turns golden brown, then carefully remove from the oven.
3. Coat the dough with the olive oil and place asparagus in rows along the dough. Distribute crumbled goat cheese evenly and place the lemon slices. Top with the lemon zest, black pepper and truffle salt.
4. Bake the flatbread for approximately 20 minutes, depending on how crisp you want your crust. Remove from the oven and drizzle it with olive oil and squeeze lemon wedges to taste. Slice and enjoy!
