1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut off the ends of the turnip and slice about ¼ inch thick with a mandolin.
3. Place the slices on a sheet of If You Care Parchment Paper on top of a baking pan.
4. Drizzle olive oil on sliced turnips and sprinkle with sea salt.
5. Bake for 12 minutes, then remove and turn turnips onto the other side and bake for another 12 minutes or until they are crisp and brown, almost burned.
6. Remove turnips and combine with your choice of herbs or seasoning.
